Mark Adams, Associate Pastor
“Outreach and Church Planting”

In October 2006 Mark and Christine Adams moved to Roslindale with their six Children; Nathan 19, Carolyn18, Colleen 16, Tessa 14, Jill 12, and Jennifer 10. They came to Boston because four years ago God birthed a dream in their hearts to become part of a church multiplication movement. God has led them to this section of Boston to plant a church.
Mark and Christine have been married for twenty years. The last twelve of those years Mark served as the Assistant Pastor of a church on Cape Cod. For the last 10 years Christine has home schooled the children and the children have flourished under her training. (Nathan, the oldest, is in his first year of college and is doing very well).
When they are not “hangin’ with the fam” Christine loves to knit, sew, and do almost anything crafty. Mark likes his guitar, maybe a little too much though, as well as working with his hands. Mark is also working part-time at the one of the Boston Centers for Youth and Families which has been a marvelous place to make connections with the people of Roslindale.
Paul Daigle, Pastor of Stony Brook Well

Paul Daigle grew up all over the East coast - in Massachusetts, Florida, and rural central Maine. As a teenager, he was discipled by his pastor. The two studied theology and memorized Scripture. Through this experience, Paul developed a love for the Word of God and ministry. Paul graduated from Gordon College with a B.A. in Biblical Theological Studies with emphases in political studies and sociology. Paul also has some graduate level theological training and has had extensive training on issues facing individuals who are homeless, substance abuse and mental illness.
Paul was formerly the Director of Starlight Ministries, a ministry serving long-term, chronic homeless with severe life issues. He began his relationship with Starlight as a volunteer, then became staff, and was appointed director in 2001. Paul left Starlight to come on staff as half-time Assistant Pastor at River of Life in December 2004. In September, 2006, River of Life commissioned Paul to help launch the Stony Brook Well house church along with his wife Diana, and former Starlight co-worker and friend, Alice Rouse.
Paul’s hobbies include reading comic books, eating whoopee pies, and talking politics. Tying into Paul’s passion for justice and making a difference in the world, he started a new company in 2006, Off Your Back Shirts, which offers organic, sweatshop free and fair trade apparel and donates a portion of profits to poverty and environmental causes.
Paul is married to Diana and lives in community with others in Jamaica Plain.
